During those times you simply can tighten up your abdominal muscles and make them work as much as possible which will allow you to lose the belly fat.

A suggestion would be to breath deeply to increase the effectiveness of this action. You can tighten your stomach even more when you add the deep breathing action. The good thing about this is that you are able to do this anywhere, and it also offers the benefit of keeping you from experiencing the pain you may get from crunches or many of the fat burning exercises.

2. Exercising using Front and Back, Side to Side Motions
When you are trying to lose weight you are able to reduce the fat on your abdomen by using the front and back motion. When you get about to get in and out of your car, you can simply lean your seat all the way back, then cross your arms and do crunches, repeat this about 8 to 12 times.

You may also try the side to side procedure where you place your hands on each of your hips and lean your body from side to side in repetitions of 8 to 12. If you are not feeling a burn after 8 repetitions, you many not be performing the exercise properly or you may need to add some resistance such as weights to the exercise.
One thing to remember is that you will not lose abdominal fat if you simply do these exercises. These exercises are meant to tone up your body; however fat deposits are usually on the top of the muscle, so in order to get rid of fat you will need to change your diet.
