    running is the best aerobic exercise you could ever do!!
    if you want the muscular legs,firm but,tight abs and v-lines.just run,do push ups and sit-ups

    This one actually worked for me. And only in 3 days. =D

    But I was already sorta flat to begin with, but I ran for 30 mins ever 3 days, then followed it with this video afterwards. Then eat small healthy foods about 6 times a day everyday.

    Do this for about a 2 weeks and your guaranteed to see results.

    The excercises she is showing us are some of the best ones out there to get you abs. Ofcourse you need to run 1-2 miles everyday to see results. Good luck people!

    are you doing cardio?..in order for your abs to appear you need to do some serious cardio to get rid of body fat..im doing the same stuff and its insane how my abs look so far..also eat healthy foods i try to everydy now i started drinkin like 3 cups of green tea everyday to help digest my food quicker so do this i bet anything in a month youll see difference of youre whole body from the cardio…

    this definitely works. i have been doing it for a couple weeks. everyday. and i have seen great results. i started this routine because im going to florida and i need to look good in a bathing suit and i can definitely wear a two piece now.

    usually at night
    but your really supposed to exercise in the morning to boost your metabolism.
    but i have to wake up really early
    i just made it part of my daily routine
    also go for like 15 minute runs,
    it helps with this exercise because your legs get stronger and can support themselves alot more
