    there are some really good videos on here. what i’ve gathered is. – check your bmi – body mass index (it will let you know how many calories you should intake), start with a healthy breakfast (granola and yougurt with some berries), continue the day and DONT GO MORE THAN 3 hours without foods (keep your portions small), eating regularly will avoid binge eating. make sure to get 1hr of cardio a day (at least) and any extra muscle training if you want muscle (weights ect.)

    I tried this last night and it is a heck of a workout. I consider myself to be completely out of shape, but I was able to do everything but the ski jumps. I know that you are supposed to do this workout 2 to 3 times back to back, but I am proud of myself for getting that far. Tomorrow I will try to do it all the way through. Oh, also, today I feel as if my body has undergone a super intense workout. Man am I sore…in a good way though.
